This week my time has been primarily focused on the promotion of our community and establishing a higher professional level for United In Spirit. Our main site at Wetpaint has been revamped with a much more professional appearing home page. I have also created several banners for promotional purposes which can be embedded into other sites and social networks as a promotional/ link back tool. We welcome banner exchanges, just ask!

This is a great way to show your appreciation for the site and content with all funds raised being directed straight back into further promotion and development of our community. It took me a while to Develop a true Home Site where more Business Applications can be performed. I believe that education (on any level) only brings about the highest quality for this world and it's people. I am Kuthumi and I come forward upon the rays of Love and Wisdom to greet thee at this time and to bring unto thee the blessings of joy, sincerity, forgiveness and initiative. Greetings, beloved ones.
And it is with great joy and pleasure in our hearts that we may gather with you upon this day to bring further lessons of truth to assist you upon your path of growth and development, and we trust that all that is shared with you rings true to your heart. That which you do not feel is truth - simply let it be, and surrender to the presence of Love.
This is an important time for each one of you to embrace the energy of LOVE. For Love holds all the possibilities of Creation. Love is the key that opens all doors. It is also the key that shuts all doors to the past; it is the sword that disconnects you from illusion and attachment to the past, which does not serve you. Love builds – at times one will say that Love destroys, but Love will only destroy that which is not serving you in Light in order to make space for TRUE LOVE to be present.
As your Earth changes more and more, the need for Love will become more necessary. You will recognize this in your heart and you will see it physically in your reality – you will be very conscious of where Love is lacking and where Love is present.
Love heals all wounds. No wound can remain gaping when it is dressed with Love.
This time of integrating the seeds that Father Spirit is blessing Goddess Gaia with at this time will also bring opportunities for you to face many bridges of healing. This healing is and will take place specifically in relationships – all forms of relationship: your relationship with yourself, with love, money, family, career, and the world in general.
When one does not forgive another, you are attached to that one, and will remain so until the bridge of healing is crossed and forgiveness has taken place. In other words, Love is used to heal that which created the conflict in the past. Each day you are a witness to what conflict has created and will continue to create, if all choose to remain in conflict with one another and NOT FORGIVE.
By remaining in a space of anger and/or resentment toward another, you are making yourself ill. Many people say they are unable to forgive certain individuals because the betrayal or pain inflicted was just too traumatic, and this is adopted as a permanent reason to stay in pain. It becomes the justification for the lack of being able to forgive and move on. By holding onto this, dis-ease is created in your body, so in a way you are cutting your nose off to spite your own face.
Beloved ones, learn to practice forgiveness in your life. This will help many others to follow suit, for as one ripple of forgiveness is created, so the spiral begins, and it spreads to touch the hearts of all of mankind, and they are inspired in some form or another to FORGIVE and FORGET and MOVE ON. Your heart will feel lighter, your shoulders lighter; perhaps you will find there is less pressure in your head; the constriction around you heart chakra will have lifted. You will find that energy flows more freely through your body. You will feel inspired and look at your world around you through very different eyes – through God’s eyes.
Now, the forgiveness process is not only taking place with people in your outer reality. It also takes place with your past selves, and your Inner Child is included in the process. The process is occurring on many different levels and time lines. It is now the time to make peace with the experiences in your past that you feel are unforgivable; for as long as you hold onto the pain and anger, the longer part of you will remain trapped in the paralysis that a lack of forgiveness creates and feeds.
Many have said that one cannot ascend until one’s group soul has joined together. I choose to explain it in the way that one cannot ascend until one has gathered together the many parts/aspects of self that stand in isolation, wounded and rejected.
Take time now to initiate this process, for the energy of Love is supporting you. Venture inside of yourself and surrender to those parts crying out for your love, and forgive – others as well as yourself. Practice this with just one aspect of yourself in order to experience the freedom that I am speaking of, and you will see that you will want to continue the process and see it through to completion with all your aspects.
I suggest that you take a few hours or days, whichever you need, and draw up a peace treaty where you make peace, forgive, let go and love all those parts of self that you believe have been tainted, abused and disregarded. Perhaps you can also draw up a peace treaty with someone physical in your life whom you would like to practice forgiveness with. The dynamics in your reality will change dramatically once this has taken place.
Archangel Michael and the Sword of Truth, Excalibur, will be in your presence to assist you in severing these cords of entrapment, which are strengthened by the energies of resentment, anger, hatred, guilt and fear, because forgiveness has not been practiced.
So you can all now go on a forgiveness spree, instead of writing a shopping list, write a list of all whom you wish to forgive and receive forgiveness from – remember to include the aspects of yourself that you need to forgive.
Start one step at a time. Set your intent – in other words make it your intent to find the aspects of yourself that need your forgiveness, for example. Ask that they come forward in the right space-time frequency that will support you. We suggest to you all that when you are doing this exercise, you ask the presence of Archangel Michael to hold and support you. Visualize your Inner Child present with you and embrace him/her and assure her of your love, of your presence, and that together, both of you will journey to find these parts and heal one another. This will initiate the process of integrating the trust that the Inner Child seeks in the world, for where and when you stopped trusting as an adult is where your innocence was betrayed as a child.
We would also suggest that during this process you carry or wear Rose Quartz on your body and align your energy field with that of Soltec and Mother Mary. They will hold you as adult and as child.
You need to cross the bridges of healing before you can burn them. By burning these bridges you close the door to the past that no longer serves you. Do not burn them before you cross them.
And so it is upon this day that we bless each one of you with much love and the strength to face that, which is now ready to be forgiven – to forgive yourself – to see that life can only survive through love.
Know that we walk your path with you eternally, and that there is always a helping hand. Allow peace to be one with you. Allow yourself to experience love. Allow yourself to truly set your wings free so that you may fly upon the wings of Love, Light, of Truth and Wisdom.
Each time you find it difficult to forgive another, remember what we have said today and remember that LOVE CONQUERS ALL. Love IS the flame that stands eternally in your heart. May peace be with each one of you eternally.

The Power of Harmonics
The aim of this portion is devoted to the spiritual and the psychological power of harmonics as well as the physical well being.
Alfred Tomatis is a French physician and specialist in otolaryngology, who has been working with understanding the function of the human ear and the importance of listening for forty-five years. In this connection we will look at his discoveries of sound, which "charge" the listener. Tomatis found that sounds that contain high frequency harmonics, such as those found in Gregorian chants, are extremely beneficial. It is these high frequencies around 8000 Hz, which are capable of "charging" the central nervous system and the cortex of the brain. In many of the sacred chants of the different tradition, the main out put of high frequency harmonics are dominant, which offer stimulation to the brain.
Tomatis himself discovered this when he was called to help a Benedictine monastery, where the monks were suffering of fatigued and depression. He found out, that they usually six to eight hours of chanting - due to a new decree - has been ceased, and within a short period of time the monks was unable to perform their many duties. WhenTomatis re-established their daily chanting, the monks were soon able to continue their rigorous schedule of work and prayers.
For Tomatis, a major aspect of the therapeutic affects of vocal harmonics lies in the conduction of the bones, which are stimulated by resonance of around 2000 Hz. He says:
"The sound produced is not in the mouth, not in the body, but, in fact, in the bones. It is all the bones in the body which are singing and it is like a vibrator exciting the walls of the church, which also sing."
Bone conduction's actually amplifies the sound through resonance of the cranium and the skull. According to Tomatis, bone conduction stimulates the stapes muscle of the ear, which he believes is the key to stimulating and charging the brain. Tomatis himself manages with a small amount of sleep, less than four hours a night. He attributes this to his listening to sound, which are rich in high harmonics.
Tomatis has described a phenomenon, which has been called "The Tomatis Effect", that states that the voice can only create and duplicate those sounds, which the ear is able to hear. This means that until you are able to hear various overtones, you will not be able to create them in your voice.
Listening is undoubtedly a key, not only in obtaining the ability of creating vocal harmonies and improvement of the voice, but of understanding aspects of other levels of consciousness. In the Hindu tradition there is a great awareness of listening as a tool for enhanced consciousness. The art of listening to the outer and inner sound.
Inner and outer sound
In the Vedic language of Sanskrit, there is a differentiation between inner and outer sound. There is audible sound, called "ahata", or struck sound and is the result of vibration on the physical plane. There is also the "anahata", the inaudible, inner sound which are not the result of some physical vibration, but rather are "unstuck" which can ridden like a flying horse to other planes of existence in meditation.
The American throat singer, Jonathan Goldman, formulates an interesting statement in the book," Healing Sounds", the power of harmonics:
"I have always wondered if harmonics might not somehow be the bridge between "ahata" and "anahata", the struck and the unstuck sound, but the harmonics which are created do not occur themselves from having been physically struck. Perhaps they are the bridge between the physical and the meta-physical." (p.78)
Pir Vilayat Khan, head of the Sufi Order of the West, said that the overtones can be followed with the conscious mind and used as "Jacob's Ladder" to climb to other planes of existence.
Sound as a carrier wave of consciousness
If we for a moment give up the common notion about sound as air waves the ear can hear, and extend it to a member of the universal family of vibrations, we will open up for the Hermetic Principles that tell us about the Universe is nothing more or less than an endless number of vibrations and rhythms from the atoms to the stars.
Hermes Trismegistus, Thrice Great Hermes, the scribe of the Gods, as the ancient Greeks named the mystical Egyptian God Thoth, was said to create by the sound of his voice alone. The sacred writings of the ancient mystery Schools over the world, were attributed to him as mediator of divinely revealed wisdom. In thus center of learning the knowledge of sound was a highly refined since based upon an understanding of vibration as the primary causative form of the universe. While there are many mystical and spiritual paths, the Principles laid out by (the post atlantian?) Hermes Thoth seem to be incorporated in all of these paths. There were Seven Principles upon which the entire Hermetic Philosophy was based. Describe in "The Kyballium: a study of Hermetic Philosophy" these are:
1. The principle of Mentalisme: "All is mind"
2. The principle of correspondence: "As Above, so Below".
3. The principle of Vibration:" All is in vibration".
4. The principle of Polarity: " Everything is dual".
5. The principle of Rhythm: " Everything flows".
6. The principle of Cause and Effect: " Everything happens according to Law".
7. The principle of Gender: " Everything has its Masculine and Feminine Principles"
Resonant frequency
Every organ, bone and tissue in the human body has its own separate resonant frequency. Together they made up a composite frequency, a harmonic that is your own personal vibratory signature. This signature encircle the whole body with a field, which some gifted people can see as an aura, and can be recorded by means of Kirlian Photography
Just as it is possible to set an object into its own natural vibratory state through resonance, so it is possible to restore the natural motion of an object, that may be out of tune or in disharmony. We call this disease. When disease sets in, a different sound pattern is established in that part of the body which is not vibrating in harmony. Therefore, it is possible, through use of externally created sound that is projected into the diseased area, to reintroduce the correct harmonic pattern.
The different rhythms of the body may also be changed through sound. This is known as entrainment and involves the ability of the more powerful rhythmic vibrations of one object to change the less powerful rhythmic vibration of another object and cause them to synchronize their rhythms with the first object. Through sound, especially chanting or overtone singing, it is possible to change the rhythmic pattern of our brain waves, as well as our heart beat and respiration.
Different brain wave rates have been equated to different state of consciousness. There are four basic categories of brain waves:
1. Beta waves, from 14 to 20 Hz, which are found in our normal waking state of mind.
2. Alpha waves, from 8 to 13 Hz, which occur when we daydream or meditate.
3. Theta waves, from 4 to 7 Hz, which are found in states of deep meditation and sleep, as well in shamanic activity.
4. Delta waves, from 0,5 to 3 Hz, which occur in deep sleep and have been found in very propound states of meditation and healing.
The use of music in sacred ceremonies and shamanic rituals has occurred since ancient times. The changing of these rates creates change in consciousness.

Love Is an Energy Field

Love is not a feeling.. Love is a spiritual energy field..
So often in our culture we assume that love is a feeling.. That we either feel it or we don't.. That it either exists – it is present – or it isn't.. Barbara King's words direct our awareness to the recognition that love is an energy field – and as such, it can be cultivated..
Love is an energy field in which we exist.. It is a state of being in which we exist.. When we step into it, it surrounds us, it envelops us, it shapes us, it fills us.. It nurtures us.. When we assume that love is a feeling, we diminish it.. Feelings come and go.. States of being – energy fields – ebb and waft like clouds.. And yet their substance is always present.. It is energy available for creation..
When we assume that love is a feeling, we relegate it to the realm of all feelings – shame, guilt, apathy, despair, longing, excitement, contentment, fear, sorrow, sadness, anger, happiness, desire..
Love is more than this..
When we imagine that feelings rise and fall – within us – and that energy states arise and evolve around us – we begin to recognize that love is something distinctly unique from feelings.. When we learn to contribute to the well....being of the state of love, we are sustained by it.. We are fed by it.. We are cared for by it..
We are loved by it..
Discover for yourself and emulate the Principles and Practices of love – how to step into it, how to stay in it, how to flow with it..
When we misidentify love as a feeling, we have no responsibility to it.. There is no commitment required to maintain it.. It – like most of the human created world we live in – can easily be mistreated by us.. We can take it for granted, become angry when it ....leaves' us, and vow to never succumb to it again..
This attitude shifts entirely when we realize what love is.. It is a state of being, a vibration, that we must learn to attune ourselves to.. This requires recognition – of what love actually is – and discipline – to attune ourselves to it.. When we are not attuned to love, we fall out of love.. When we are attuned to love, it never leaves us, because we never leave it..
What are some of the Principles which support us to step into love – and stay in it? Here are a few ...
Truthfulness.. Honesty – with oneself first.. Honesty ripples from this place outward.. Gentleness.. Respect.. Willingness.. Trust.. Trustworthiness.. Sensitivity.. Maturity.. Grace.. Inner power.. Porous boundaries.. Being present.. Honor – the ability to honor that which is divine.. Rapture – the ability to open oneself to that which is truly beautiful.. Awareness, and awakeness – being conscious of what is, in this present moment, now.. The willingness, and the inner power, to take appropriate action, thus not being fossilized in – or attached to – the past.. Surrender.. The willingness to be love – to actually become it..
This is a process.. A process which requires, at some turning point, a decision, a commitment.. A decision to align oneself with love.. Discover how to spiral yourself upward – consistently, into love – rather than downward, out of your inner power, into the depression and apathy of the lower levels of consciousness – the lower realms of emotion..
These are just some of the Principles which support us each, as individuals, and together, as a community – a culture – to experience – and to be – in love..
In our culture we often assume that one is either in love, or not in love.. That we either feel love, or we don't.. Let's redefine what being ....in love' means.. Rather than simply feeling a feeling, love to us means living in an ongoing state of love.. Yes, other emotions do arise from time to time.. And yet, with Practice, these are allowed to wash through.. They never linger.. They never last.. They are allowed – and encouraged and supported – to arise and to fall.. We witness them, with our Observer Mind.. And in so doing, we remain unattached.. We Practice how to not feed them as a drama.. And, as if miraculously, we discover that emotions – feelings – rise, fall, and disappear..
Love is not the same..
When we Practice the Principles which love invites us to rediscover, love remains.. It is a constant in which these other emotions rise, fall, and pass away.. Love becomes the container in which all of life exists..
Human communities, too, can be love.. They can be containers of love in which other experiences – including interpersonal experiences – rise, fall, and pass away.. This concept could be a quantum shift for you in your life.. You can choose to – or default unconsciously to – living on the whims of love ....the emotion'.. Or you can commit to learn how to step into love the energy field..

Listening to Your Heart
It seems that this should be such an easy task, to listen to our heart. If you listen to your heart, you know what brings you joy, peace, beauty, and love. So why wouldn't we want to do this? Most of us have been taught to distrust our heart. Our heart will lead us astray we have been told, and cause us pain. It is our mind, teachers have told us that must be developed and followed. Much of what we have been taught can be attributed to the patriarchal philosophy that has dominated our world thinking for the past 2000 years.The masculine orientation, historically, has honored intellect over emotions, observation and measurement, through use of our five senses, over intuition and knowing.
As a woman, who found it nearly impossible to ignore my emotions and intuition, and think in a rational linear manner, I often had a sense that I was inherently flawed.Try as I might I could not allow the rationalizing processes of my mind to be my final guiding force for my life. I tried to shut down the rich emotion that was being beamed from my heart.
Now as I look back, I realize that my heart was sending out energetic information to guide me.My heart always spoke to me and captured my attention helping me to follow my life's journey. This was often at the disappointment of my family and friends who wanted me to be more rational. The intellect must be used to inform us of our physical world's teachings and information, but it is our heart that must guide us, integrating the energy of our soul as superior to that of our personality/intellect. Our heart heals us and keeps us in communion with energy of our soul.
The heart is also our barometer for helping us know what is important to us from an emotional and spiritual perspective. If we do not listen to our heart, we deny ourselves valuable feedback and guidance. From an energetic perspective, the heart is the center of the human energy system.The new field of energetic cardiology is demonstrating that the heart is more than a pump. It has wisdom; it is the energetic center of love, and knowing.
How tragic, that our society has taught us to distrust the callings of our heart. We often work when we need to rest, eat when we are not hungry, and laugh when we want to cry, remain angry when we need to forgive. It is our intellect that drives us to prove ourselves when our heart may be broken, feels rejected or unworthy. The intellect/personality knows only fear and lack. The heart is love. If we listened to our heart, our world and ourselves would be much different. We are all so afraid, and all so much the same.
We are often afraid to trust, or believe in goodness and mercy, love and light, peace, joy and healing. In truth, this is why we have come to earth to overcome all fear and sense of lack in order that our soul could have that experience of overcoming. The physical body is the vehicle of experience. The third dimension or our physical world is the only dimension in which this can occur. If we suppress our heart's wisdom, we drive ourselves beyond our limits, often injuring our physical bodies and our mental and emotional well being.
We fail to forgive, and nurture and honor ourselves. We fail to live with an open heart. The wisdom of the heart is a gift from Spirit and our Higher Selves. Listen and develop the ability to discern and balance the intellect with heart wisdom. When we do this, we are moving into our Christed Consciousness. We are raising the frequency of our beings, the Planet, and ourselves. That is our work; that is our love made visible.

THE I AM PRESENCE
The message of this instruction is for you to seize to God inside of you. There are people who pray to an image of the Mother Mary or Jesus, but these representations can be destroyed in an undetermined moment because everything that has a beginning has an end and what does not have a beginning will never have an end. God is what humanity should be conscious of. God has never had a beginning; therefore, He will never have an end. He will never be disappointed or leave you alone because wherever you are, He is, too. Whether you are happy or sad, good or bad, God is with you, He does not abandon you. If this planet or solar system is destroyed, the only thing that will remain is “THE I AM.” It is what will remain resounding in the universe when this period of Cosmic Manifestation ends. Everything else is not worthy. Surrender everything and consider it lost and contemplate the only thing gained, God inside of you.
This is the task. There is nothing else to look for; nothing else to ask for. You already know what you have to know. You found what you were looking for. You have already seen what you have to do. Do it! As the Bible reads, “Today is the day of your salvation”. Do not leave it for tomorrow because it may never come. Today is in your hands. Today you have it over here, do it and realize the Presence of God inside of you.
The only thing that separates you from God is your mind and you have to tell it, “Shut up, you are not going to govern anymore; it is only God who is going to do it”. The principle of mentalism is important, but when you get to the “I AM,” you are going to realize that you are above the law of mentalism because the mind can deceive and betray us, and we cannot remain in the mind, we have to transcend it. Our message goes beyond the mind, it goes directly towards God. He is in a plane higher than your mind, your emotions, and your physical body. There is no more mind, emotions, or physical body; only God as the only Presence, the only Power, the only Substance, the only Energy, and the only Existing Being in all manifestation.
When you say "I AM," you are pronouncing the name of God. Any word that follows, Truth, Health, Opulence, etc., will manifest because God is "I AM" and the energy of the "I AM" is qualified with the word you want. You have in your hands the scepter of power. You know that all destructive things in your life have been generated by using the "I AM" negatively.
Today, is the day you are going to redeem all this misused energy through the Law of Forgiveness and the Violet Transmuting Fire. You are going to start a new life by using the "I AM" for Good and Perfection. You may be identifying yourself with a negative appearance for a few days and this will continue to manifest as long as you make comments on it, talk about it, and believe it. The day you say to that appearance: “you do not exist”, “you are not true”, and “you do not have power”, and you invoke the "I AM" as the opposite of this appearance as Unity, Truth, Forgiveness, and Love, you will see that it disappears and that it does not matter how great it may be. It does not matter what the negative appearance embraces. “I AM" embraces more. “I AM" can do more.
When you say: “I AM the only Presence”, you are taking away power to all the creations, whether it is a disembodied human, a devil, or anything. By saying “I AM the only Presence, the only Power”, you are taking away power to everything that is not God in you. Thus, you are imposing the greatest Truth and the greatest Power to bring Perfection. But when you say “I cannot, I do not know, it is impossible for me”, you are closing the door to the manifestation of Light and to the manifestation of God’s Presence. You have in your hands the power and the scepter of command, use it and manage it. Do not be scared. If there are some people who have not been scared to rob, to assassinate, and to lead a country to war, why are you going to get scared for using the power of the “I AM” Presence to bring Peace, Harmony, Love and Unity to Earth through God? Why are you going to feel fear? Why are you going to deny yourself? If you do not do it, you are an accomplice of evil. You have to assume the power of God because it is the commitment that will give you the knowledge; it is what will rebound in benefit of your spiritual progress and the spiritual progress of all mankind. This is the reason why the Ascended Masters want to give us the knowledge, so we break the chains of imperfect human creations, assume the command, and take control of the power of our lives and the world that surround us. Let’s make this world better every day, because the salvation of the human race is in our hands. I realize that I cannot know what is best for you although perhaps sometimes I think I do. I've not been where you have been, viewing life from that angle you have, I do not know what you have chosen to learn, how you have chosen to learn it, with whom, or in what time period. I have not walked life looking through your eyes, so how can I know what you need..
I allow you to be in the world without a thought or word of judgment from me about the deeds you undertake. I see no error in the things you say and do, in this place where I am. I see that there are many ways to perceive and experience the different facets of our world. I allow without reservation the choices you make in each moment..
I make no judgment of this for if I were to deny your right to evolution, then I would deny that right to myself and all others. To those who would choose a way I cannot walk, whilst I may not choose to add my power and my energy to this way, I will never deny you the gift of love that God has bestowed within me for all creation, as I love you so I shall be loved; as I sow, so I shall reap..
I allow you the universal right of free will to walk your own path, creating steps or to sit a while if that is what is right for you.
